It enables complete integration of stress analysis software such as CASERII, AutoPSA, and GLIF, along with a seamless interface with PDMS, thereby avoiding the need for repeated data entry in pipeline stress analysis and significantly improving design efficiency. This software enables a seamless connection between PDMS and the stress analysis programs (CASERII, AutoPSA, GLIF), and it has been successfully applied in engineering projects. It eliminates the need for repeated data entry in pipeline stress analysis, improving the design efficiency of the entire pipeline documentation by more than 5%, as well as enhancing the quality of the design. The professional pipeline stress designers at Hangyang Oxygen use UE-PSI to create stress analysis files; the data such as diameter, wall thickness, allowable values, material, and support points are all identical to those of the actual model, eliminating the need for any further modifications. It significantly increased the efficiency of pipeline stress analysis to over 80%. Furthermore, the support and hanger library customized by UE for Hangyang Oxygen can insert real 3D models of supports and hangers into AVEVA PDMS, offering an intuitive and realistic view, rational design, and complete data.
