Blending of 93# gasoline

Dear teachers, I humbly seek your guidance——using pure 90# gasoline and MTBE to blend into 93# gasoline, should MTBE be poured into the vehicle first followed by 90#, and then at home, it be fed into the storage tank through a pipeline (with a static mixer) and a transfer pump? Is such blending feasible?
Do you really have the courage to mix gasoline at home? You must be quite resourceful – going so far as to buy the individual components and mix them yourself just to get gasoline.
It is not recommended, as the blending of gasoline takes into account not only the octane rating but also other parameters such as the evaporation index, sulfur content, saturated vapor pressure, and density. It will be very difficult to produce qualified 93# gasoline using this method, as you are not familiar with the various specifications of 90# gasoline and MTBE, and these parameters are not all additive in nature. It might be fine if you use it yourself, but the quality risk associated with such homemade products is too high! No one dares to take it!
Thank you for your advice. If all the specifications can be met during the sample testing phase, is it feasible to use pipes for this mixing process?
