Due to design requirements, we need to purchase a legitimate copy of SolidWorks software that includes simulation capabilities. It will be used for stress analysis of rotating components similar to those found in centrifuges, including fatigue stress analysis. We need to submit a budget estimate to our boss, and we’re looking for an approximate price. Does anyone here know anything about this? For use on the company’s intranet, the stand-alone version will suffice. There seem to be a standard version, a professional version, and a platinum version as well; the standard version should work just fine. . . I’ve asked for advice; thank you all in advance.
