1. The moisture content of the coal fed has the greatest impact on coal clogging in the coal discharge pipes; within a certain range, the higher the moisture content, the more likely it is that the pipes will become clogged with coal； 2. The impact of coal feed particle size is also quite significant; the smaller the coal feed particle size, the easier it is for caking to occur, and thus blockages are more likely to happen ； 3. Influence of coal quality.
1. The coal fed into the furnace has a high moisture content and high viscosity. 2. The coal contains particles that are too large or has large impurities. 3. The air pressure and flow rate for feeding the material are too low. 4. Poor coal feeding, with lumps of coal suddenly falling. 5. The blanking tube has protrusions or depressions.
