The oxygen cylinder must be at least 5 meters away from the acetylene cylinder, and smoking in the vicinity is strictly prohibited. Welding and gas cutting are strictly prohibited on containers containing pressurized liquids or gases, live electrical equipment, and machinery that is in operation. 6. Maintenance tasks must be under the unified command of the project supervisor, and corresponding work permits must be obtained before any work can be carried out. VII. When maintaining the equipment, organizational and technical measures to ensure safety must be strictly implemented. Prevent accidents caused by falls from heights, impacts, and collisions ; Prevent electric shock ; Prevent mechanical injury accidents. Covers, holes, and fences that are removed during maintenance should be restored or reliable safety measures should be put in place to prevent falls when leaving the site. (II) Preventing electric shock accidents 1. The voltage of portable lights must not exceed 36 volts ; The lanterns used inside metal containers must not exceed 12 volts ; 2. Before connecting low-voltage electrical equipment, it is necessary to test for electricity; power can be supplied only after verification that everything is correct ; 3. It is strictly prohibited to agree on a specific time for power supply ; 4. Electric tools must not use stranded wires or plastic wires; cable wires must be used instead. (III) Preventing mechanical injury accidents: 1. To avoid injuries caused by fragments from grinding wheels, angle grinders, and toothless saws, it is necessary to wear a helmet or goggles ; 2. Prevent foreign objects from flying out and causing injury during rotation ; 3. Count the personnel and tools at the end of work to prevent anything from being left inside the equipment ; 4. Maintenance personnel are not allowed to conduct trial operations on their own ; 5. After the maintenance of rotating machinery, the permanent protective devices and safety facilities should be restored promptly. VIII. During maintenance work, the removed parts and components should be placed properly to avoid loss. When inspecting the joint surfaces of mechanical parts, the lifted section should be secured properly, and hands must not be inserted into it. Inspect the inside of the equipment using a work light or flashlight; open flames must not be used for lighting. When checking components that are prone to tipping over, they must be securely supported. IX. Safety measures for lifting operations (1) Lifting operations must be directed by a designated person, and a dedicated operator must serve as the driver ; (II) Lift heavy objects smoothly ; (III) Do not give instructions if the heavy object cannot be seen clearly ; It’s impossible to see clearly if the commander isn’t operating it ; Do not stick your head or hands under the lifted object ; The heavy object must not be left unattended when hanging ; (IV) Select appropriate ropes and slings based on the load to be lifted ; (5) Check the hooking method to ensure that the wire rope does not slip, bend, or come into direct contact with sharp edges ; (VI) It is prohibited to use lifting equipment, lifting fixtures, and ropes beyond their capacity ; (7) Welding on the object being lifted is strictly prohibited during the lifting process ; X. Safety Measures for Open-Flame Operations (1) A fire permit is required for open-flame operations in no-fire zones ; (II) There are supervisors and fire-fighting equipment ; (III) Remove flammable and explosive items in the surrounding area ; (IV) Welding of oil pipelines and tanks shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations ; (5) Smoking is prohibited at the work site ; (VI) After completing the work, inspect the work site to ensure that no sources of fire remain before personnel may leave ; (7) It is prohibited to dump used oil indiscriminately; waste oil containers must be placed on site, and the oil must be cleaned up promptly.

Before carrying out maintenance, the person in charge must submit an application to the on-duty dispatcher, specifying the location of the maintenance, the equipment to be maintained along with its numbers, as well as the equipment that needs to have power cut off. Only after obtaining the necessary permission forms for power shutdown and fire use can the maintenance work begin. 5. Before entering the maintenance site, the maintenance personnel should also test whether the equipment can be started. Only after confirming that it cannot be started and setting the switch to the off position can the maintenance work proceed. 6. During maintenance, when technicians need to enter highly hazardous areas (such as inside equipment, near rotating parts, or in chutes) to carry out work, it is necessary to shut down the equipment upstream and downstream. It is also required to confirm through on-site testing that the equipment cannot be started, and to set the switch to the off position before entering such areas. 7. In the event of concurrent operations, it is necessary to communicate with each other before starting the machine; the machine may only be started after confirming that all personnel have evacuated. 8. When it is necessary to start the machine for testing during maintenance, the maintenance personnel must stop all operations and evacuate the equipment. Starting the machine must be carried out by the on-duty operator who is familiar with the equipment or the on-duty maintenance worker, under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor. Other personnel are strictly prohibited from operating it; otherwise, it will be treated as a serious violation. Equipment that must be adjusted after the vehicle is started requires safety measures to be put in place, and it can only be operated under the supervision of a workshop supervisor familiar with the equipment’s performance. Equipment that can be shut down for debugging should be operated again after shutting it down following the above procedure. 9. After the maintenance is completed, the person in charge of the maintenance should clean up the site and count the personnel; no debris or tools should be left inside the equipment. Only after all relevant personnel have left the equipment and it has been checked to confirm that there are no issues, can the dispatcher be informed to restore power and conduct a test run. Power shall not be supplied otherwise. 10. When using specialized tools such as hammers, chisels, electric welding equipment, gas welding equipment, and gas cutting equipment, maintenance workers must strictly adhere to the operating procedures for each tool to prevent accidents. 11. Welding and gas cutting are strictly prohibited on containers containing pressurized liquids or gases, live electrical equipment, and machinery that is in operation. 14. When working inside equipment or containers due to job requirements, there must be a dedicated person to supervise the work, and the voltage of the lighting lamps must not exceed 12V. Welders should wear dry work clothes and rubber shoes. It is strictly prohibited to bring acetylene-leaking welding or cutting torches into equipment or containers, to prevent the mixture of gases from exploding when exposed to an open flame. 15. The oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders are equipped with complete and reliable components such as shock-absorbing rings, pressure reducers, pressure gauges, and safety valves. Oil and grease must not contaminate the connections between gas cylinders, hose fittings, pressure reducers, etc. 16. Gas cylinders must not be exposed to direct sunlight. In winter, when gas cylinders and regulators freeze, hot water or steam should be used to thaw them; heating with fire is strictly prohibited. 17. Welding equipment and tools must have good insulation, and the welder’s enclosure must be grounded. 18. Before carrying out electric or gas cutting operations in special locations, certain preventive measures must be taken, such as ensuring proper ventilation, cleaning the work area, applying an appropriate amount of water, and laying fire-resistant materials, in order to prevent fires and damage to surrounding equipment. 19. After completing or suspending electrical welding, gas welding, or gas cutting tasks, the operator must cut off the power and gas supplies, inspect the area, and ensure that there is no risk of fire before leaving. 20. When multiple people are involved in lifting operations, one person should be in charge of giving instructions; the others must follow those instructions carefully, without playing around or being careless. They need to stay focused and pay attention to various gestures and signals. The commander and riggers should be familiar with various hand signals, signals, etc. 21. Depending on the object’s weight, volume, shape, etc., appropriate lifting methods and suitable tools and equipment should be used. Lifting at an angle is prohibited; lifting fixed or buried objects of unknown nature is also prohibited. Overloading any type of lifting equipment is not allowed. 22. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to stay or pass under lifted objects, or to stand on such objects or to be lifted together with them. Pedestrians are also strictly prohibited from being under the lifting holes in the factory building. 23. It is strictly prohibited to use pulleys, winches, cranes, etc. as load-bearing points for lifting objects on operating pipelines, mechanically powered equipment that is still in use, or on unstable buildings, cables, or other structures. 24. Persons suffering from hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, disabilities in the hands or feet, severe myopia, etc., shall not engage in work at heights. Before carrying out work at height, it is necessary to first check the climbing tools and safety equipment being used; if any of them do not meet the requirements, their use should be prohibited, and work at height should not be carried out. 25. When working at heights, soft-soled shoes should be worn; slippers, hard-soled shoes, and plastic shoes are not allowed to prevent slipping and falling. Should the seat belt be worn high and low? It must be fastened to sturdy, solid components, not to those with sharp edges, to prevent it from being cut and causing an accident. 26. When working at heights, tools should be placed in a tool bag; they should not be left on the edge of the work area. Should a sling be used to transfer objects? It is strictly prohibited to throw tools and equipment up or down. 27. Outdoor work at heights is prohibited in case of winds of force 6 or above and heavy rain. If emergency repairs are necessary, effective safety measures must be taken. 28. When installing the equipment, do not use your hands to remove debris from the shims or foundation directly. Moving parts, adjustment shims? When rotating mechanical components, care must be taken to prevent crushing or injuring people. 29. A guard must be installed on the grinder; this guard must be strong enough, and its openings must be of appropriate size to prevent debris from flying out and causing injury. When grinding on a grinder, the operator should stand to the side of the grinder. The workpiece must be held firmly, and no collisions are allowed to prevent the grinder from breaking and causing injury. 30.
