During switching, the inlet temperature of the recycle hydrogen compressor in this unit rises rapidly and cannot be controlled at around 160 degrees, which results in damage to the valve disc of the poppet valve as well as the piston support ring. Is there any solution? Shutdown procedure: 1. Unload 2. Close the inlet and outlet valves 3. Release pressure 4. Shut down the machine. The problem lies in the fact that the inlet and outlet valves are ball valves with a long stroke, which takes a long time to close; during this period, the inlet temperature rises rapidly, leading to overheating. The operating pressure of this unit is 180 kilograms, and it is currently in the nitrogen sealing phase, with a nitrogen pressure of 35 kilograms. Our recycle hydrogen compressor doesn’t have a backup unit; there is only one. It doesn’t switch; how do you have two?
The inlet temperature of the circulator is generally set at 50°C; an overtemperature condition usually results in a power outage, as well as the shutdown of the high-pressure air cooling system. The problem is liquid getting into the machine; either it has to be shut down, or else the compressor will get damaged!

Your installation is currently in the nitrogen airtightness testing phase, right? Is the gas valve used in your compressor a nitrogen valve or a hydrogen valve? If it is a nitrogen valve, this problem should not occur. If it is a hydrogen valve, high temperatures might arise. It is recommended that you check what type of valve is being used currently
