Hydrocracking unit, catalysts meeting American standards: Z3733, Z673, Z5723; new catalysts were installed in 2016. The distillation section consists of 5 columns: the main stripping column, butane removal column, distillation column, jet fuel column, and diesel column. Currently, the yield of heavy naphtha is 30%, the yield of jet fuel is 30%, and the combined yield of liquefied gas and light naphtha is 5%. Under the current operating conditions, how can the yields of heavy naphtha and jet fuel be increased? Among the companies that produce aromatics today, in order to produce more naphtha, diesel is recycled back for cracking, and the naphtha yield can generally exceed 70%.
