Abnormal noise in pneumatic control valve

Our company’s Fuchs pneumatic control disc valve (DN200) produces abnormal noises when at a fixed opening; reducing or increasing the opening by 1% eliminates these noises. We are seeking advice from experts regarding the cause of this issue and possible solutions. Personally, I think it’s the resonance caused by excessive flow hitting the disc, but I’m not sure if this can cause any damage to the valve. Such as seals, discs.
It is caused by the fluid scouring the valve core plate as it flows through the valve core; a large pressure difference before and after can also lead to abnormal noises. Suggested process adjustment actions
