Is there any method for producing hydrogen from liquefied gas?

Has anyone used liquefied gas to produce hydrogen? If so, is there any general pattern regarding the amount of hydrogen produced in relation to the amount of liquefied gas fed in? Some people say that 1 ton of liquefied gas can produce 3,000 Nm3/h of hydrogen. Does anyone know if this is true?
Using liquefied gas to produce hydrogen – I really haven’t heard of that before.
I seem to recall having seen a hydrogen production facility equipped with a liquefied gas pump, somewhere in Qingdao I think.

Generally, liquefied gas is used mainly as a raw material; it depends on the purity of the hydrogen product produced. Even if hydrogen with 99.99% purity is being produced, it’s no problem to obtain 3,000 liters of hydrogen from 1 ton of liquefied gas
The hydrogen production rate is slightly higher than that of naphtha, with basically the same operating conditions as for naphtha
