Rust removal of screws on boilers

There is one waste heat boiler, and the level gauge, safety valve, and small vent flanges on this boiler are all corroded to varying degrees; the screws are difficult to remove. What advice do you have on how to deal with this?
I don’t know what the reason is, but it should be inspected and lubricated promptly, with proper protective measures taken
Use a rust remover; if that doesn’t work, cut off the affected area with gas cutting, and replace the bolts and nuts. During normal production, be sure to apply butter as a protective measure!
The protection work has not been done properly. Try applying some lubricant first; if that doesn’t work, then saw it off and replace it.
Prolonged high temperatures, along with an abundance of acidic gases in the surroundings, cause corrosion
