Questions regarding the design of the motor base

Now I need to design a motor base. The positions of the four grouting holes at the site are concentric with those of the four bolt holes on the motor’s feet. It is necessary for these four grouting holes to be usable, so that the motor can be fixed to the base, and the foundation bolts can also make use of those four grouting holes. Have anyone encountered such a problem before?
