For the DN80 air duct, galvanized pipe is used as the material, and threaded connection with tape sealing is employed. What is the standard for these threads? What standards need to be adopted?
The galvanized pipe fittings available on the market these days should be 60 degrees, right?
It depends on the thread standard you use! I don’t know what’s available in the market; anyway, I usually buy NPT ones.

I’ve seen that most thread-forming machines use cones with a 60-degree angle; ones with a 55-degree angle are pretty rare

Galvanized pipes with threaded connections can be used in practical applications as wiring conduits for electrical instruments, as well as for low-pressure water and air pipelines. It’s not clear whether there is a quality issue with the galvanized pipes produced by our factory; pipes used for low-pressure air pipelines often break even under a pressure of around 0.7 Mpa. We use welded pipes with straight seams instead
For the technical version involving irrigation and PP use, I only remember that in ships in the past, bilge sewage pipes with flange connections were used; Cable protection tube, threaded. . .
