What process do the gasoline hydrogenation units of various companies use to produce National V gasoline? What is the sulfur content of the raw material? How much is the octane number loss in the producing country? First, let’s mention that we use Beijing Annejie technology; the sulfur content in the raw materials is below 500 ppm, with an octane number loss of 0.5 ； The sulfur content in the raw material is below 800 ppm, resulting in an octane number loss of 1 (when the raw material is blended with National IV gasoline) ； The sulfur content of the raw material is 800–1200 ppm, with an octane number loss of 2 (when the raw material is blended with National IV gasoline) ； With a sulfur content in the raw materials of 1200–2000 ppm, only National Standard IV can be produced; producing National Standard V would result in too large a loss in octane rating.
