I have seen cases where the outlet buffer was damaged and not in use, and from the perspective of slurry flow stability, the impact was minimal. I’m not sure if there are any other hidden risks or impacts, whether on the equipment or on the manufacturing process.
Will the outlet pressure fluctuate a lot?
The stability of the slurry flow rate has no relation to the outlet buffer; its function is to reduce pressure pulses. Damage to the outlet buffer has a significant impact on the pressure at the outlet of the slurry pump.
