The differential pressure measured by these 3051s ERS dual-transmitter units here experiences periodic fluctuations; around 8 a.m. every day, the curve starts to decline, and it rebounds by noon. This happens every day, which is quite strange. Does anyone know the reason for this? Thank you

What is a medium? How much pressure? What is the differential pressure? ERS should have a performance calculation document; can you upload it?
Could you be more specific? What about the data at night, before 8 a.m.? Does it recover at noon? Until what time does it remain good – all the way until 8 a.m. the next day? What is the medium used for measurement, and what is the temperature? ERS shouldn’t be like this
I’ve encountered a similar problem before; the liquid level changed significantly with temperature. After investigating carefully, I found that the issue stemmed from the metal gaskets used by the operator when installing the double flanges. Ordinary metal gaskets were used, and their small inner holes came into contact with the diaphragms of the double flanges. As the temperature rose, these metal gaskets expanded, putting stress on the diaphragms and causing inaccurate liquid levels. I replaced them with asbestos sheet gaskets of my own making, and the problem was solved. I’m not sure if this is the case for you as well~~

The medium is hot air and ABS powder
It rises at 8 a.m., which is relatively on time; it drops by noon in most cases, sometimes in the afternoon, and remains relatively stable for the rest of the time.
Is this used to measure the pressure difference of devices such as filters? Were there any technical staff performing operations on that equipment around 8 a.m.?
