I have been working in steel companies in the field of power plant operation technology, dealing with the technical aspects of 6 gas boilers (one 130-ton unit, three 220-ton units, and two 60-ton units), three CFB boilers, and three waste heat boilers. I have also been involved in the organization of power plant operations, holding various positions in the company’s own power plants – from chief operator, boiler team leader, shift supervisor, and project engineer to my current role as regional operations manager. During his tenure as boiler team leader and project engineer, he organized training sessions for the operational staff in his department on multiple occasions (as there were many employees who had changed roles within the state-owned enterprise). Currently, he is responsible for power generation operations within this steel group, including managing the company’s overall gas balance, as well as the supply of steam, demineralized water, and air for blast furnaces, with a focus on achieving low-cost power production. Have thorough mastery of technologies such as demineralized water production and fuel-based power generation in this region.
