If one wants to test the performance and tightness of a valve after it has been closed, and the gas/liquid phases on both sides are identical, how can this be done?
Do you want to check the seal integrity of the valve seat? Close the valve, apply soap bubbles to the end without the medium, or use a copper tube to lead it into water and check if bubbles appear; if no bubbles appear, it means the valve is leak-free. If the medium is on the other side, simply repeat the process in the opposite direction.
