I have a question: Can 2205 and TA2 be welded together?
You can take a look at the welding procedures to see if there are any recommendations regarding the welding materials for these two materials; if not, then welding is not possible.

During welding, titanium materials must not contain any other impurities. Since 2205 and TA2 have similar melting points, they cannot be welded together directly. For welding pressure vessels, silver brazing is generally the only viable method; silver has a very low melting point, and the temperature used in silver brazing is not high enough to reach the melting point of titanium, which is why this method works.
2205 belongs to iron-based materials, and iron-based materials cannot be welded with titanium
I think adding flanges to these two will make it the most secure

Titanium and iron are immiscible, so fusion welding cannot be used. Silver brazing can be used.
