It would be better to have the specific names of the components. Also, when mixing in the demulsifier tank, what is the general ratio of demulsifier to water? Thanks
It’s been almost a day with no response. We don’t use demulsifiers in our acidic water stripping process; if demulsification is needed, it’s done by the water supply company – this is what’s known as hierarchical control. If the oil content in the water supplied by them is too high, they will face penalties from the factory’s safety and environmental department.
Is it like mixing the demulsifier in directly when acidic water is discharged? Isn’t that troublesome? If there are more units, each one will have to be added separately
