The film-evaporation evaporator needs to be calculated by the manufacturer. I would like to ask: Why do you plan to switch to a film-wiping evaporator? The separation efficiency of film-wiping types is quite low. The maximum number of theoretical plates is 2-3. It can be used if separation efficiency is not a concern. Why not use a falling film evaporator? The falling film evaporator is simple to operate, has no moving parts, and is easy to maintain. We can do all of this. Contact if you have any questions.
