There is a total leakage in the safety valves of the methanol cracking hydrogen production pipeline – is there any good solution?

In the pipeline after the gasifier for hydrogen production via methanol cracking, there is a tee connection that links two safety valves; no matter which one is selected, leakage occurs. The bodies of the safety valves as well as the discharge pipelines are hot to the touch, with the temperature in those pipelines being around 200 degrees. New safety valves have been installed, but the problem persists. Is there any effective solution?
It’s a problem with the equipment; just replace it with a new one.
Replace the safety valve; it is best to use LoMo material, as it has good heat resistance and is durable.
If the pipeline temperature reaches 200 degrees, the safety valve needs to be calibrated at high temperature. If calibration is done at low temperature, once the temperature rises to 200 degrees, the strength of the spring decreases due to heat, causing the pressure setting to change (decrease).
