Vehicles can pass by, and a hard surface has been installed around the storage tank to withstand the load from tank trucks. If this isn’t considered a unloading platform, then I only need to consider the fire separation requirements between such outdoor equipment classified as Category A and the surrounding buildings; otherwise, I would also have to take into account the fire separation requirements for the unloading platform, and there isn’t enough space for that. . . Both loading and unloading of ethylene oxide require an operating platform, as well as flexible hoses.
The ethylene oxide tank truck approaches the liquefied gas tank truck, which has liquid-phase and gas-phase ports (with docking boxes on the side of the tank truck). No loading platform is required; a safety island should be installed (usually 200 mm high to prevent tank trucks from entering the equipment area). For operational safety reasons, a dip pipe should be used.
This cannot be done; tank trucks cannot directly discharge contents into the storage tanks inside the device. A raw material tank must be installed, from which the material is then transferred to the intermediate tank of the device. .
