Low-temperature seamless pipes for ammonia pipelines? What are the technical requirements for construction in this case, for DN20 and DN25?

The boiling point of liquid ammonia is -33.42°C; low-temperature steel must be used if the process parameters are below -20°C. Furthermore, seamless steel pipes are generally used for small-diameter pipelines, and there is no problem with that.
Stainless steel pipes are preferable; they are the preferred material for low-temperature pipelines.
What we mainly do is the vaporization of liquid ammonia; generally, carbon light tubes are sufficient for handling liquid ammonia and ammonia gas, but if customers have special requirements, stainless steel tubes can also be used

All I know is that for the flexible hoses we produce, those used for liquid ammonia are made of 304 stainless steel. Most design institutes put forward the same technical requirements.
As mentioned on the 5th floor, carbon steel is generally sufficient, with post-weld heat treatment applied. It would be better to use stainless steel.
20# will do; some owners have the money for 304, which is better, but nothing else really matters
