Are there any requirements regarding the oil level in the lubrication oil tank of large-scale unit lubrication systems? What should it be at under normal conditions, and are there any fixed specifications?
Keep the workshop experience at around 60. It is preferable that, in the event of a failure under normal operation, the high-level oil tank be emptied without the lubrication oil tank overflowing
The oil level is generally required to be at the 1/2 to 2/3 position of the tank. General standards: 1. When the equipment is operating normally, there should be a safe liquid level distance between the oil surface and the pumping point, typically 100 mm, to ensure that vacuum conditions do not occur ; 2. When the equipment is shut down, the oil inside the equipment, within the pipes, and even in the high-level oil tank returns to the oil tank without any leakage occurring.
Before starting the vehicle, keep the fuel level at 80% of the tank capacity; if the actual fuel level drops after starting, a mark should be made. During normal operation, when the fuel level decreases, top it up such that it does not exceed the level indicated after starting the vehicle.
I attended a training session on lubrication last time, and the instructor said that the oil level should generally be kept above the midpoint of the oil level gauge; it’s sufficient as long as it isn’t below that level.
The general requirement is 1/2 to 2/3.

The oil tanks in the lubricant stations are all equipped with level indicators; just add oil according to the indications on these indicators.
Now the mirrors are all marked; if not, we require 1/2-2/3.
All of this is calculated in advance; there is a maximum liquid level, a minimum liquid level, and an operating liquid level. The level should be set according to the manufacturer’s specifications. When filling a new tank for the first time, it should be filled to the maximum liquid level, after which the oil pump starts operating and the lubricating oil begins to circulate. As a result, the liquid level in the tank gradually decreases; generally, it is sufficient to reach the operating liquid level. If the level gets close to the minimum level, the system will issue an alarm.
