Which is the best automatic sampler for refined oil tanks?

The automatic sample collectors used in our factory come in both float-type and lifting-frame types. From the current experience of using them, there are many problems: such as broken hoses, broken float elements, the balls getting entangled inside the tank, and broken lifting frames. This leads to frequent repairs and unreliable sampling, posing quality risks. Do you know of any manufacturers that use good-quality products? Could you recommend them – including the manufacturer name and model, etc.? Additionally, sampling is generally done when the refined oil tank is full – is there any type of fixed automatic sampler?
To be honest, the most reliable method is still tank harvesting.

The issue mentioned by the poster is a quality problem, which should be avoidable with a better manufacturer. As for fixed sampling, is it okay to simply take samples from the opening on the tank wall? !

In fact, the under-tank sampler isn’t really ready to be used on the tank yet. . . No one is operating the hand pump, and oil still seeps from that area; I’m not sure if it’s due to poor quality on our part...
Direct oil return? Has a reason been found? Where are you fixed? Is there no valve?
Ours has a wind pump replacement function, but three wind pumps have already broken down despite only 2 months of use.
There are also useful ones; at least the samplers in our company have not encountered similar problems so far. Coupled switches can also leak sometimes, but this can be avoided with proper maintenance. Currently, the Aotuwell product from Handan, Hebei, is being used and it works well; it comes in lower, middle, upper grades as well as mixed versions. In particular, for aromatic media, there is also gas-phase adsorption recovery.
