I’ve encountered a problem related to the liquid chlorine filling system. The filling system in the liquid chlorine packaging workshop is manufactured by Fuzhou Kejie. Recently, it stopped automatically before the filling of the cylinders was complete; pressing the start button again allowed the filling process to continue, which is somewhat similar to pressing the pause button during filling. I checked the wiring, the PLC, and the programs – there seems to be no problems with any of them. I’m not sure what could be causing this issue. I was wondering if anyone in the forum has encountered a similar situation; if so, could they please share how they resolved it?

It is also possible that the fixing screws of the scale platform are loose, causing the platform to be unstable and not to be on a horizontal level, which in turn leads to fluctuations in the weighing data. Relevel each scale platform, tighten the screws to secure them, and give it a try.
