Can Q245R seamless steel pipes be used as pipeline steel?

Today, at the installation site, I saw that the material of the pipe was indicated as Q245R. I would like to ask everyone: Isn’t Q245R a steel used for pressure vessels? Can it be used for pipes? Are there any standards that establish relevant regulations?
It’s roughly the same as Q235; it works fine for low-pressure, non-toxic, non-flammable media. Did I order the wrong one – L245?
It’s not wrong to use it, but Q245R is generally not used. Use Q335, or maybe L245. .
Q245R is a sheet metal; how could it be a seamless steel pipe?
Seamless pipes do not have a grade such as Q245R.
It can be used as a substitute for Q235-B; it’s slightly better. It is definitely a welded steel pipe, and unless specifically specified, such pipes are not often manufactured
