When manufacturing multi-layer wrapped containers, it is necessary to ensure that the roundness, straightness, edge misalignment, and angular deviation of the inner cylinder meet the specified requirements. The diameter affects whether the laminating process can proceed properly and the final quality of the product. Selection of the blanking dimensions for the cylinder body, selection of the groove shape for the inner cylinder, control of pre-bending and rolling, and alignment of the inner cylinder. When processing laminated plates, attention should be paid to checking the quality of the steel plates. It is advisable to use plates of fixed lengths for the laminated tube sections; consideration should also be given to the location of the process holes during lamination, the placement of leak detection holes in the inner tube welds, the installation of ventilation holes between the laminated plates, and the control of the fit between them.
