How do you carry out your emergency drills? Do you develop the plans within your own company, or do you enlist external experts for guidance? Are only the workers on site involved?
I will arrange the script myself; the key is to involve the production staff. Safety officers and supervisors from various workshops should attend as observers, as well as leaders from various functional departments. We should also record the whole process and create a CD for archiving
The emergency plan for the workshop is finalized after discussions involving departments such as production and safety and environmental protection. Drills are usually carried out on our own, but there are also times when joint drills are conducted across the entire factory using the workshop’s emergency plan.

The drills are divided into those conducted within the unit and those carried out in conjunction with local fire departments. The drill plan is prepared by the respective unit and finalized through consultation with the district fire department.
For company-level drills, we invite the **safety supervision department to observe and provide guidance; for smaller workshop-level drills, the company’s functional departments participate and keep records.
