The material inside the reactor has stuck and blocked the bottom valve; what method can be used to clear it? The reactor contains solvent and water, as well as intermediates.

It is better to use nitrogen for backblowing in order to loosen things up; if the process is carried out in an open manner, the solvent can easily flow to other areas, posing a significant safety risk；
It is safer and more reliable to remove the liquid by suction first and then deal with the bottom valve.
How much space is left in the reactor? If there is sufficient space, water backfilling can be used, but it is essential to control the amount of water used for backfilling to prevent the total volume of material in the reactor from exceeding its safe capacity. It is preferable to use nitrogen from the 2nd floor if conditions permit.
