I checked the website of the State Administration of Work Safety today; there was a document titled “Letter Seeking Comments on the Revisions to the Regulations on the Management of Labor Protection Equipment by Employers (Draft for Comment)”. The link to that page is: http://www.chinasafety.gov.cn/newpage/Contents/Channel_5826/2015/0821/256702/content_256702.htm. What’s unclear is that this set of regulations is still in the draft stage for comment, as the original “Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Labor Protection Equipment” (Order No. 1 issued by the State Administration of Work Safety) was abolished on July 1, 2015. Is it that neither of these is relevant? ? Any other requirements? ? Look at the tables in the attachment of the draft for feedback – damn, it seems like they were taken from Baidu, and the format of those two tables appears to be the same as those I designed when I worked at my previous company. . .
Just use the original regulations of this unit for now. The guidelines established by our factory are based on Sinopec Safety Document [2011] No. 766, \"Regulations on Labor Protection Expenses and Personal Labor Protection Equipment.\"
We will first use the original regulations of our unit
Those people from the Safety Supervision Bureau. . . . . . I’m really drunk; not only do the managers not understand, but the people below them either don’t understand either
There are many rules and regulations; the key is enforcement. We still work six days a week at the moment.
We work for seven days, including holidays
