The set of process flow diagrams I received showed the flow of purified water to the oil remover, using DN50 pipes, but there was no description of the process flow; this pipeline was also connected to 1.0MPa steam, compressed air, and fresh water. Since we don’t have this device for now, we’re not quite sure about its specific usage. But I understand: this is probably used for flushing after the degreaser gets clogged, or for flushing and replacement before maintenance.
Is the pressure of your water purification pump higher than that on the oil remover side?
We have this pipeline here; when the purified water does not meet the standards, it is sent back to the raw water tank for further treatment. Unqualified purified water cannot be discharged outside. The pressure of the purified water pump is definitely higher than that of the oil remover
What are the outlet pressures of your raw material water pump and feed water pump respectively?
The outlet pressure of the feed water pump is 0.79 MPa, the outlet pressure of the purified water pressurization pump is 0.87 MPa, and that of the raw water pressurization pump is 0.53 MPa
Is the raw water feed pump used to pump water into the large tank? Is the raw water pressure pump used to pump water from the large tank into the tower?
We have two raw water tanks. The raw water pressure pump is the pump that provides pressure between the tanks, while the raw water feed pump is the pump that supplies pressure from the tanks to the tower
This line is used for backwashing the degreaser
I also agree with the view from floor 9; if it’s to be reprocessed, it can be directly sent back to the raw material tank. This is used for flushing when the oil remover contains too much oil
