It involves large equipment with concrete foundations of considerable size; after the foundations were completed, it was discovered that two bolt holes were missing during the equipment inspection. Is it possible to drill more holes in the existing foundations? The size of the anchor bolts is M33; the distance from the anchor bolts to the edge of the foundation is only 350 mm, and the depth of the anchor bolt holes must be at least 600 mm. Since it’s close to the edge, there’s a lot of concern that the existing foundation might be damaged. The concrete foundation contains rebar, and there’s also a risk that rebar might be present in the area where drilling is to take place; it’s a tricky situation.
In general, a design institute is hired for situations like this; after all, it is the design institute that designs based on the equipment, and drilling can be an option chosen in that process. . . . . . . . . But 600mm. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Look for those who specialize in drilling holes in concrete; there’s no need to worry even if there are rebar or similar elements, as it causes almost no damage to the foundation

There are devices that can create such holes without affecting the foundation
There are specialized drilling devices that can drill two holes directly, with no impact on the foundation.
This is acceptable; generally, there aren’t many rebar bars at the top, so it doesn’t matter much if 1 or 2 of them break
A drilling machine will do. Or use existing bolts to transition to a steel structural base.
