How to draft a technical agreement for repairing instruments?

There is no need to sign a contract; the manufacturer will come to the site to repair the instruments. A technical agreement needs to be signed. How should we go about signing it, everyone?
List in detail the items that require the manufacturer to repair the instruments on your side, and also include information regarding warranty, after-sales service, training, standards, etc. Then both parties just need to sign it off:lol:lol:lol
