The cooling water for mechanical pumps is recycled water; what should be done if scaling and blockages occur frequently?
Circulating water requires treatment, including sediment removal, scale removal, scale prevention, and sterilization. It’s because there is a lot of waste, it’s hard, and the temperature is high.
Regular cleaning, maintenance, and descaling are necessary; it is best to purify and soften the circulating water in order to resolve the problem at its root.
The blockages are mostly sedimentary substances; the solution is to tap, place, and flush them away.
Here, we have added a tee at the outlet of the pump cooling water; production is carried out intermittently, and after each batch of material has completed its reaction, it is rinsed with tap water. The effect is a bit better than before

Using softened water will prevent scaling
Check the quality of the circulating water to see if it needs to be cleaned or pre-coated. If the overall water quality is fine, then it’s likely that the circulation of the coolant in the pump is not effective enough, with too low a flow rate, which has led to scaling and blockages in the past!
