Regarding the disputes between residents and the property management in China Railway Construction International City * Hechangyuan, the property management went from house to house without giving any notice, asking residents to sign a booklet intended for forming a residents’ committee. It was only later that residents discovered this practice through discussions in the residents’ group. The establishment of a homeowners’ committee by the property management without notice or announcement goes against the wishes of the majority of homeowners. Some residents then spontaneously hung banners in the community reading “The owners should form their own management committee,” “Please restore the right of owners to establish their own management committee,” and “We want to protect our rights and our home.” On the evening of May 19th, while the residents were in the community’s WeChat group, two organizing residents were beaten at their homes by people wearing ‘white gloves.’ Some property owners also reported experiencing the special treatment of having their water and electricity cut off when they had disputes with the property management. Here, we can’t help but ask: how do the \"white-gloved\" individuals precisely direct the organizers? And why do these \"white-gloved\" people resort to violence? It’s obvious to anyone that property management is involved in this. To be honest, objectively speaking, the property management of the community that I’m most satisfied with is the one that has done a lot for us. However, after this incident, I believe many people will be very disappointed. ***Even such powerful figures can be forced to step down if they go against the will of the people; what can you, a person from China Railway Construction, do? The community is the home of its residents, and whether a homeowners’ committee is established or not is a right granted to us by law. The shameless behavior of the property management firm, which acts without giving any notice or announcement, is nothing short of an attempt at secret manipulation. Hiring \"gloved hands\" to beat people is an outright provocation against the owners of Hechangyuan. Maintain the group in a lawful and reasonable manner – no rumors, no cowardice! Taking action together with the vast number of owners at Hechang Garden. A regular resident from the park.
My impression of the property management in my residential complex is that they only focus on collecting fees and maintaining cleanliness in the complex; as soon as one household fails to pay the property fees, they issue a notice to stop taking away the garbage. There are no other services at all.

The property management in our community is only responsible for cleaning, and they charge fees on a monthly basis as scheduled.
It seems like there’s really no other impression besides the fact that it costs money...
The property I work for is definitely not like this
We’re in a new residential complex, and the property management is quite considerate
I really don’t know anything about property management; the only thing I know is that they bully those who are weak and avoid those who are strong
Take a look to see if there are any residential complexes without property management
It’s hard to reason with the property management; in most cases, they just charge fees.
