When a waste boiler is heated from its original cold state, which has a faster heating rate in winter or in summer? Why?
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2015-9-20 08:28. What does a fast heating rate mean? Is it the absolute speed, or reaching the same temperature? The specific heat of water changes slightly with temperature; the higher the temperature, the greater the specific heat ； However, the heat loss from the waste boiler is greater in winter than in summer.
The difference isn’t that big, right? At least our small boilers don’t have much impact in the south.
