Inspection issues with the furnace tubes in the hydrogenation feed furnace

After 10 years of operation of the tubes in the hydrogen feed heater, during major overhauls we typically conduct radiographic testing on a sample of welds, and ultrasonic testing as a sample inspection of the tube bodies themselves. However, there is no systematic method to determine whether a comprehensive inspection is necessary, nor are any existing regulations in place. Experts with experience are requested to provide clarification. Thank you
Isn’t there any standard for relevant testing? Can we just use that instead?
