According to the second sentence of clause 6.1.2.1 e) in NB/T47014-2011 P36, \"A welding process that has been evaluated as satisfactory for welding between two types (groups) of base materials is also applicable to welding these two types (groups) of base materials together.\" 6.1.3.1 a) When filler metal of a higher strength grade is used to weld Fe-I and Fe-III base metals in place of filler metal of a lower strength grade, it is not necessary to conduct a new welding procedure qualification. Based on these two sentences, can it be inferred that for Q245R+Q345R, J427 welding rod is used, and for single welding of Q245R, J427 welding rod is also used? ； For single welding of Q345R, use J507 welding rods. No need to re-evaluate any of them?
