The 2015 First-Class Constructor Examination is now over, but the memories related to it are still fresh in mind; in particular, one of the case studies regarding the tasks that need to be carried out after the chiller unit is installed is worth careful consideration. I believe that by thinking about such issues, one can identify their own shortcomings in work. This leads us to this week’s topic: What tasks need to be done after the chiller unit is installed? We welcome everyone to actively participate in the discussions. [Collection of Essential Knowledge for the Mechanical Engineering Field] http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1389197-1-1.html Topics for each week and daily questions are being sought (prizes available for participation) http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1373282-1-1.html A summary post of weekly topics: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1404940-1-1.html Since this is a question related to the constructor examination, answers can be found online; if everyone’s responses are not comprehensive enough, I will provide the answers myself in the end!
Peripheral piping and purging, electrical installation, individual unit testing, combined system testing, evaluation of the unit’s performance, and compilation and archiving of completion documents, etc
What other tasks need to be carried out after the chiller unit is lifted into place? 1. Before positioning the equipment, mark a crosshair on the foundation surface to determine the orientation of the main unit and the distances to all sides. 2. According to the precision requirements of the equipment, level the foundation so that its dimensions in the longitudinal and transverse directions are all on the same plane. 3. Install vibration damping pads and appropriate shock absorption measures in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer or relevant standards. 4. After the main unit is in place, calibration is carried out. It is not permitted to weld it without authorization; the main unit must not be used as a welding ground wire. The welded areas should be coated with red anti-rust paint and the appropriate topcoat in two layers. 5. After the main unit has been properly installed and fixed, a thorough inspection of the entire unit should be carried out, and various protective measures should be taken to prevent moisture, impacts, and the entry of contaminants into the unit. 6. Notify the owner, suppliers, and supervisor to jointly complete the relevant procedural tasks.
It should be the initial alignment and centering; grouting ; secondary grouting ; Precise alignment ; Piping ; Pipeline flushing, instrument and electrical calibration, oil flushing, mechanical operation, load operation, etc
One netizen provided the following answer: Adjustment and inspection of installation accuracy—Fixing of the equipment and grouting—Assembly of components—Lubrication and refueling of the equipment
Installation precision adjustment and inspection---Equipment fixation and grouting---Component assembly---Lubrication and equipment oiling
