The Cologne electromagnetic flowmeter keeps showing zero

Why is the air traffic control set to zero? It still isn’t at full capacity. Please advise
Generally speaking, it is very important to ground electromagnetic flowmeters; if the grounding is not proper, there may be issues with the display. As for setting it to 0, of course this refers to setting the instrument to zero in normal operating conditions
It always shows as 0; the following situations can be considered: 1. Check whether there is a ground electrode; if not, a reference ground wire needs to be added. 2. Determine whether the pipe is fully filled and whether the fluid is flowing. 3. Consider the electrical conductivity of the liquid – is the grease content too high?
For air traffic control, check the conductivity shown on the instruments, see if there are any error messages, and then go to the test menu to view the actual flow rate measured.
