The pipeline for polyferric additives is always clogged; how to deal with it?

Our factory has added a new project to reduce the emission of concentrated brine; the pipelines for the polyferric sulfate additives used in the mixing reaction tanks and high-density tanks are constantly clogged. Is there any good solution?
First, identify the cause of the blockage in order to determine the appropriate solution. If the valves on your pipeline are closed, blockage is a normal phenomenon.
An air purge valve is added to the pipeline; this valve remains slightly open at all times to maintain a slight positive pressure in the pipeline, thereby preventing water vapor from entering it.
Has it been diluted? Is the flow velocity inside the pipe too low? Is it still due to quality issues with the ferric polymer itself, such as the presence of precipitates or other impurities?
