Regarding the safe distance between natural gas vent openings and open flames, the 2015 version of the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Oil and Gas Engineering\" specifies that a combustible gas diffusion model should be used to determine this distance. Does anyone have this calculation method?
Just solve it using the diffusion equation! Assuming different leak apertures, calculations can be done based on gas density, wind direction in the environment, wind speed, and so on.
