It’s that time of year again for year-end reviews – do you think it’s meaningful?
Fortunately, I don’t have to write a summary – after all, my rank isn’t high enough! ;P
We are office workers and all of us have to write.
Well, it might vary from company to company; even if you’re not an office employee, depending on your rank, I still need to record it! :lol
Is that so? Why not write one and post it on the forum? ;P
Summarize experiences, draw lessons, and look to the future.
So, do you think it’s better to summarize on an annual basis or by project?
No need, it has to be at the director’s level at least:lol
