Registration exam division of labor?

Qualification exams for professional and technical personnel organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development: 1. Real Estate Appraiser Exam; 2. Professional Qualification Exam for Surveying and Design Engineers: (1) Professional Qualification Exam for Registered Civil Engineers (Geotechnical Engineering); (2) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Civil Engineers (including Port and Waterway Engineering, Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering, Road Engineering); (3) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Chemical Engineers; (4) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Public Equipment Engineers; (5) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Electrical Engineers; (6) Exam for Level 1 and Level 2 Registered Structural Engineers; (7) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Mechanical Engineers; (8) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Environmental Protection Engineers; (9) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Metallurgical Engineers; (10) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Mining/Mineral Engineers; (11) Basic Exam for Professional Qualification of Registered Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineers. 3. There are a few things here... Are the basic exams now under the jurisdiction of the Housing and Construction Department? It wasn’t mentioned for the professional exam……
Why are there only basic exams for surveying and design? Could it be... Could it really be?……
What does that mean? Will there be an exam this year or not?
Will there be no more professional exams for the injection molding field in the future?
I just want to know whether there will be an exam this year; nothing else. .
Professional exams should be organized by the Ministry of Chemical Industry

From the documents, in my personal opinion, the basic examination is organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; as for the professional examinations, it’s not clear, but I guess they might be handled by associations.
