Jiangsu Engao Industrial Technology Research Institute is mainly engaged in the development and industrialization of chemical and environmental protection processes, and is now seeking the following professionals: 1. Chemical R&D engineers (4–5 persons) responsible for the development of chemical processes, including laboratory testing, pilot-scale testing, and engineering-related research and development work. A bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience (in process design, experimental research, etc.). 2. Chemical Sales Engineers (4–5 people) are responsible for the sales and promotion of chemical process technologies. A bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales within the chemical industry. 3. Laboratory Director (1 person) – oversees the conduct of laboratory work, pilot tests, and scale-up trials. A Ph.D. in chemical engineering capable of independently carrying out and supervising experiments, pilot tests, and scale-up processes. Work location: Nanjing. Salary: to be discussed.
