However, since these boundary conditions are bound to change after the unit starts operating, will people be cautious when specifying them? Otherwise, it will be difficult to resolve disputes through litigation; if the boundary condition for the circulating water is 0.45 MPa (for feedwater), then the value to be provided to the design institute should be 0.4 MPa

For the boundary conditions of utility systems in new installations, the design parameters for those utilities are determined during the foundation design phase. As for the area surrounding the new installation, there will be deviations, but they won’t be very significant. For the installation of new equipment in existing plants or the renovation of existing equipment, the design of the plant’s utility systems is fully used as a reference, and the actual conditions are communicated to the relevant party; although there are differences between the two, the deviation is not significant.
