We encourage active participation from everyone as well as the sharing of individual opinions. Purpose: To strengthen the capabilities of the information promotion area and attract more manufacturers to join it, as well as to consolidate and standardize the purchase inquiry information on the forum, there is a plan to establish a dedicated \"Purchase Inquiry Section\". Target audience: This section is designed primarily for professionals in the chemical industry who are looking to purchase products or seek technical information regarding such products. Permissions: 1. Posts in this section are limited to requests for purchase or inquiries regarding chemical product technologies ; 2. There are no restrictions on reading and replying in this section; merchants from HaiChuan and sample suppliers can reply for free ; 3. A reward of 10 Wealth is given for posting a theme post in this section ; Replying to the topic post deducts 5 wealth points (achieved through forum technology) ; Management: Relevant administrators of the information promotion section are strictly prohibited from posting irrelevant content or malicious attacks; any such behavior detected will be dealt with severely, resulting in account suspension or access denial. Responsibility: All purchase inquiries posted in this section must be verified for their authenticity by the relevant parties; the forum merely provides a public platform for communication. Any infringement of rights will result in the corresponding consequences falling on the person responsible. Following preliminary discussions, the initial suggestions for establishing the purchase inquiry section are provided below for your review. Specific implementation plan: 1. Posting: No restrictions. Make sure the content is comprehensive; post in a format that requires a reply to be visible (administrators can help edit it promptly) ; 2. Viewing and replying to posts: Set whether users’ replies are visible, and then deduct wealth based on the method of rewarding replies (currently -5 wealth units); merchant groups or sample manufacturers can reply for free (if wealth is deducted technically, the administrator must compensate accordingly). 3. Scoring: It is recommended to proceed as usual, with rewards dapat be increased appropriately depending on the circumstances, in order to prevent members from posting numerous invalid purchase requests in an attempt to gain wealth (the merchant group or sample group can be given additional points). 4. Management: Strict requirements must be applied; posts that are not related to purchases should be deleted without being moved to other appropriate sections. @zhangqi1234 @tianyewei @Jiuguan @ahua962 @hellpo21 @WSRYLONG @CainiaoNO.1
Let’s talk about what other forums do; I think it’s something worth emulating. In the purchase inquiries section, regular user groups (including the moderator group) cannot see the content of the posts in this section; only merchant groups (which seem to have to pay 300–500 gold coins per month to the forum) are eligible to view these posts. I’m not sure about the reward for publishing a theme; it would be better to follow what’s specified in Version S.
I’m not sure whether it’s possible from a technical perspective to implement settings for reading and replying in the forum at the moment; Is it technically feasible to set up deductions for wealth rewards on posts and replies?
It seems not much different from the current comprehensive section. Will the establishment of this new section affect the popularity of the comprehensive section?
The current comprehensive section is mainly focused on product sales and promotion, while procurement inquiries relate to product requirements and technical assistance – they represent two completely opposite areas.
I am quite in favor of creating this section. 1. Posting: no restrictions. 2. Viewing and replying to posts: aside from the post owner and relevant administrators, only parties related to business activities such as merchant groups can see them. 3. Scoring: It is recommended to proceed as usual, with rewards dapat be increased appropriately depending on the circumstances, in order to prevent members from posting numerous invalid purchase requests in an attempt to gain wealth. 4. Management: Strict requirements must be applied; all posts related to purchases should be deleted and not moved to other relevant sections.

Regarding posting, I think it’s necessary to establish a format for posts – specifying what information should be included, what the purpose of the request is, etc., trying to make it as comprehensive and complete as possible. Additionally, I saw some members posting requests for project collaboration before; I personally suspect that these aren’t genuine project collaborations, and such things should be eliminated ; 2. Technically, it is possible to impose restrictions on posting and replying to messages, but this might affect the enthusiasm of those seeking help. Given that businesses are currently not very active in these groups, it is advisable to relax these restrictions somewhat, with administrators deciding based on the specific circumstances ; 3. The scoring can be controlled by the moderators ; 4. For the initial stage, I suggest that tianyewei Chaoban and I take charge temporarily, with further decisions to be made as appropriate later on. What do you think?
Agreed; control should be exercised especially in the initial stage to ensure healthy and positive development.
Establishing a purchase inquiry section will make the information promotion area more professional and standardized. But I’m just worried that the popularity won’t keep up, because after all, there are very few manufacturers in this forum who want to make purchases. If this is confirmed, as Deputy Super mentioned: 1. Posting: no restrictions; 2. Viewing and replying to posts: aside from the post owner and relevant administrators, only parties related to the business, such as those in the merchant group, can see them. These two points are very necessary to consider.
Sure, from the perspective of popularity, it’s possible to allow replies, but they must be related to the content of the post. For business groups, we can use some method to send them messages informing them of new purchase requests!
I think it can be implemented like this: replies are allowed, but they can only be seen by those who posted the original message (administrators can help edit them promptly), and then points are deducted based on the replies I suggested; business groups or sample manufacturers can reply for free (or administrators can provide a point subsidy). How does that sound? @zhangqi1234
