The HeTu project is only suitable for recently graduated students; it’s impossible to retain experienced employees； What is promised when you join is one thing, but what actually happens is another; there are no year-end bonuses or any benefits, people are constantly asked to work overtime, and they are criticized for low efficiency – even the smallest mistakes lead to public reprimands throughout the company, with department heads never standing up for their subordinates
