Regarding quality and aesthetics, the topcoat is applied after the storage tank has been installed. The painting method involves applying paint from top to bottom and from the inside out, ensuring even coverage. This ensures that areas such as welds and corners are painted evenly, without any issues such as runaways, cracks, bubbles, or incomplete coverage. The desired dry film thickness is achieved, and the coating thickness meets the specified requirements.
